Cheesy Mushroom Stuffed Omelet

A super yummy breakfast recipe

This stuffed omelet can be a great breakfast recipe if you want a egg dish on your breakfast. You can easily prepare this within 15 minute & no need to spend more time to make a yummy tummyfilling breakfast.

Preparation Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 10 min.

Total time: 15 min.


  • Egg - 4

  • Bell pepper chopped-2 tbsp

  • Onion chopped - 1 small/2 tbsp

  • Mushroom sliced -5

  • Cheese cube -2

  • Oil for cooking

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Chilli flakes

  • Oregano/mixed herb


Step 1

Chop onion,bell pepper &mushroom

Step 2

Add 1/2 tsp of oil/butter in a pan and saute onion & bell pepper for few second on medium to high flame.

Step 3

Add mushroom ,salt,black pepper,oregano/mixed herb & chilli flakes as per your taste.Saute for 2 minute. Here the stuffing is ready

Step 4

In a bowl add eggs,black pepper & salt .Beat well.

Step 5

Heat a pan on medium flame and apply some oil & pour the egg mixture.

Mixture should set immediately at edges

Gently push cooked portion from edges towards the center so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot surface.

Step 6

When top surface of eggs thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, place the stuffing on center.

Add grated cheese.

Step 7

Gently fold from all side to make a square shape. Gently press it.

Step 8

Now place a plate on it. By keeping your hand on the plate flip it.

Now Cheesy mushroom stuffed omelet is ready to be served. If you want the stuffing to be visible ,apply cut mark diagonally and fold it.

Enjoy ! (Note- You can also make this with 2 eggs.accordingly put less amount of stuffing.)
