Coriander Chutney(no onion garlic)

Chutney plays an important role in Indian cuisine .Chutney are prepared from different fruits, vegitables & herbes. It can be a coconut base, yogurt base or tamarind base.Maxinum street food are incomplite without chutney .It can be prepared with or without onion & garlic . Today I am going to share with you a chutney recipe without onion & garlic .Taste great when served with pakoda , samosa or chilla .Can be eaten with rice or chapati.

Ingredients
Coriander leaf - 1 handfull bunch
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chilli -1
Tamarind seedless - small lemon size
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Procedure
Step 1
Wash coriander leaf,grfeen chilli & ginger properly .

Step 2
Now in a blender add everything including sugar. Do not add salt .

Dry grind everything

Add some water & make a fine paste .

Finally add salt & coriander chutney is ready to be served .
