Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Easy & delicious pasta recipe
Not in a mood to prepare regular roti,rice,dal,sabzi !!!!!!! Prepare this delicious creamy mushroom pasta for dinner. You can pack this for kids lunch box too ,& you will never go wrong with mushroom,cream ,milk,cheese & pasta,what more required for a super yummy dish. It's a perfect recipe for a lazy day yet you want some delicious home made good food.Prepare this creamy pasta within 30 minute & enjoy your bowl of happiness .

Total time: 25~30 min
Pasta - 1.5 cup
Button mushroom - 200 grm
Onion finely chopped - 1 medium
Garlic clove chopped- 1 tsp
All purpose flour- 1 tbsp
Boiled milk - 2 cup
Low fat cream - 3 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Cheese cube - 2 (you can use mozzarella cheese also)
Mixed herb - 1~1.5 tsp
Chilli flakes to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Boil pasta in a salty water by adding few drops of oil. You can rffer the packet for boilling instruction or you can check with the help of a fork whether pasta is cooked or not.
When cooked complitely strain it with the help of a strainer . Rinse under running tap water and keep aside .
Meanwhile clean mushroom & slice them.
Heat few drops of oil and butter in a pan.Adding few drops of oil prevent burning of butter. Add chopped garlic ,onion and saute it on low flame till onion become translucent.
Add sliced mushroom & saute it on low to medium flame.
After continous saute mushroom will release some water .
Saute till mushroom dries up complitely,there should be no moisture .
Now add cream & mix well.
Add milk ,all purpose flour & mix well.
Add boiled pasta & salt. Mix well.
Add mixed herb , black pepper powder, chilli flakes & mix well
Finially add grated cheese ,mix well and cook until cheese melt.
You can add some more milk or water to adjust the consistancy as per your choice.
Now Creamy mushroom pasta is ready to be served.
