Egg bread toast

A healthy and quick breakfast recipe



Egg bread toast is one of the quick and healthy recipe which can be prepared within 10-15 minute . Serve this egg bread toast with your fevorite juice for a perfect healthy breakfast which make you feel full for longer.

Preparation Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 10 min.

Total time: 15 min.


Ingredients (6 bread toast)

  • Egg-4

  • Bread slice (here I have used brown bread)

  • Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp

  • chopped veggies-1/2 cup(tomato , green & yellow belpepper .you can also use some finely chopped onion)

  • Salt to taste

  • oil for cooking

Procedure

Step 1

Finely chop the veggies

Step 2

Add eggs,salt,black pepper powder & beat well.


Step 3

Heat a pan and apply some oil.

Step 4

When the pan is hot enough dip bread slice in the egg mixture and place it on the pan. Put some veggies of the mixture on top of the bread. Cook both side of the bread on medium flame.



Now egg bread toast is ready to be serve.
