A delicious snacks recipe
Cutlets are always welcome in any rainy day,& it can be any kind of cutlet.If cutlets are home made than it's a win win situation. Today I am going to share with you a delicious fish cutlet recipe. Here I have used rohu/rohi fish in this recipe,you can use any according to your choice.The only time taking part is de-bone fish,so if you want you can use fish fillet and within few time you can make this fish cutlet.
Preparation time: Approx 40~45 minute

Total time: 1hr15 min
Fish any of your choice -500 grm(i used rohu)
Boiled potato - 2 medium~large
Onion choped - 1 large
Grated ginger & garlic -1tsp each
Green chilli choped - 2 or as per taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Corriender powder -1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Choped corriender leaf
Oil for frying
Boil fish in water by adding pinch of turmeric powder. It will take 8~10 minute to cook.
Transfer fish to a plate & let it cool .
At that time chop onion,green chilli,& grate or paste ginger garlic.
Than I realise that my bread crumb container is nearly empty,so I grind some rusk and use it.If you have bread crumbs available you do not need to do this,otherwise this can be a alternative .
Now de-bone boiled fish ( remove the outer skin also) ,this process will take some time,You can take help of any person of your family so this process will be easy & quick or you can use fish fillet & no need to de-bone.
Add potato,all choped things & spice powder & salt to taste .
Mix everything well.
Now devide equal portion and make desired shape .
Make a slurry of all purpose flour & water.
Now dip the cutlet in to the slurry & coat it in bread crumbs. You can do this process twice .
Now heat oil in a kadai and fry them on low~medium flame till nice golden in colour .
Now yummy fish cutlet is ready to be served,enjoy this with some ketchup or any of your favorite dipping .
