Grilled Fish Fillet
A super delicious & healthy fish recipe
Many species of fish are consumed in all regions around the world & the cooking process also varry from region to region. Fish has been an important source of protein & other nutrients for humans from time immemorial. Today I am going to share with you a very simple delicious fish recipe with all easily available ingredient & which do not require much time too. Here for this recipe i have used a grill pan,if you do not have grill pan you can prepare this in normal pan or in oven in grill mode.
Preparation time:15 ~20 min
Cooking Time: 15min
Total time: 30 ~35 min
Fish fillet - 400 grm (I have used basa fish, you can use any of your choice)
Curd - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1tsp
Corriender powder- 1.5~2 tsp
Ajwain/Carom seed- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste/grated- 1 tbsp
Crushed green chilli - 1~2
Finely chopped corriender leaf-1.5~2 tbsp
Finely chopped curry leaf- 1sprig
Rice flour- 3~4 tbsp
Salt to tast
Oil for cooking
Wash the fish fillet and cut in to pieces .Remove all excess water.
Add all ingredient excluding rice flour. Marinate it for 15 minute.
Add rice flour after 15 minute. Mix well.
The mixture should not be very dry or liquid. It should coat the fish properly.
Heat a grill pan , brush some oil & put the fish on it. I f you want you can add few drops of oil on top of the fish. Cook it on medium to medium ~high flame. Fish will not take much time to cook.
When it cook from one side flip it.
Cook it from all side .Now grilled fish is ready to be served. You can enjoy this with some salad or Green chutney.
