Kung Pao Chicken

A stir-fried chinese recipe

Kung Pao chicken is a stir-fried chinese dish made with small chunks of boneless chicken, peanuts, vegitables & chili peppers. The dish is originated fromsouth-western china. The dish includes sichuan peppercorns but i did not find that so i replace it with black peppercorn. The original recipe is spicy in taste but i adjust the amount of chilli as per our taste. The one thing I like in this recipe is the chicken chunks are shallow fried rather than deep fried like chilli chicken or any other deep fried chicken recipe.
