Paneer Bhurji
A quick & delicious paneer recipe

Paneer bhurji is quick to prepare paneer recipe .Here scrambled paneer is sauted with onion,tomato & some spices. Here I have added some more veggies like finely chopped capsicum/bell pepper & grated carrot.If you do not want to add any veggies you can skip it , but adding veggies with this gives a nice taste and if any body donot like vegitables in this way thy will eat some veggies. And adding veggies gives a nice crunchiness to the entire dish. You can have this with rooti, bread/pav or as a stuffing for paratha also.

Ingredients
Paneer (scrambled it by using your hand) -200 gm
Onion finely chopped- 1 medium
Tomato finely chopped- 1 small
Capsicum finely chopped- 1/2 or 1 small
Carrot grated - 1 small
Green chilli finely chopped - 1~2
Ginger garlic grated/paste - 1 tsp
Cumin seed - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - as per taste
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
Corriender powder- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil / butter for cooking - 1.5 ~ 2 tbsp
Chopped corriender leaves (optional)
Procedure
Step 1
Prepare all veggies for paneer bhurji

Step 2
Heat oil in a pan /kadai & add cumin seed. Let it crackle.

Step 3
Add chopped onion and saute it on low to medium flame till it become translusant.

Step 4
Now add grated ginger garlic & saute it till the raw smell go away.

Step 5
Add chopped tomato,capsicum & green chilli . Saute it till the tomato become soft.

Step 6
Add all spice powder & salt except blackpepper powder. Mix well.

Step 7
Now add scrambled paneer & grated carrot. Mix well & cook for 2 more minute.


Finally add black pepper powder & chopped corriender leave & mix. Now paneer bhurji is ready to be served.
