A healthy & quick breakfast recipe

Ragi is a whole grain which is highly nutritious cereal loaded with calcium , proteins ,iron & other minerals . It is rich in fiber & contains very less unsaturated fat that makes it a perfect food for weight loss .Ragi also act as a treatment for multiple disease like Brittle bones , Osteoporosis , Anaemia & diabetes .Today I am going to share with you a quick & healthy breakfast recipe .
Preparation Time: 2~3 min
Cooking Time: 10~15 min
Total time: 15~18 min
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
Ragi - 4 tbsp
Jaggery / Sugar as per taste (do not make too much sweet in taste)
Water - 1 coffee mug (300 ml)
Milk(Boiled) - 200~250 ml
Procedure
Step 1
In a cup add ragi powder

Add water & mix well so that no lumps will be there .


Step 2
Transfer it to a saucepan

Cook it on low flame & stir it continuously to make it lumps free .

After few minute it will become thick & glossy .

Step 3
At this time add jaggery or sugar as per your choice & mix well .

Step 4
Add boiled milk and stir continuously .

Keep stirring cotinuously .

Keep stirring . Now it is lump free but we need to make it slight thick .

Now it is done . We need to make it like this . Slight thick consistancy .

Now Ragi malt /porridge is ready . Serve it when it is slight warm .
