Virgin Kiwi Mojito

A refreshing non alcoholic summer drink




Kiwi Mojito is a quick to prepare cool beverage without the addition of alcohol. It is an excellent summer drink with kiwi,mintleaf,lime and soda.


Preparation time: 10 ~ 15min

Cooking time: 0 min

Total time: 10~15 min


Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • Kiwi -2 no.

  • Meant leaf

  • Leamon / Lime - 2

  • Sugar /Sugar syrup - 3~4 tbsp ( or as per taste )

  • Soda water / Carbonated water

  • Ice cubes


Procedure

Step 1

Peel the kiwi and cut them in to small cubes .blend it with some ice (4 cube) and sugar (3.5 tbsp /or as per taste).


Step 2

Slightly muddle some mint leaf and 3~4 lemon slices .

Step 3

Pour the mint leaf & leamon slices in serving glass.


Step 4

Pour the blended kiwi in to it .fill it up to ( aprox 1inch) of your serving glass .


Step 5

Add some ice cube

Step 6

Add soda water to it & garnish it with some mint leaf and kiwi. Now kiwi mojito is ready to be served.
