Whole wheat apple cake (Eggless)
A healthy & delicious cake
Who do not like cakes!!!!!!!!!! No one can say no to a yummy cake & if it's healthy too than no need to think for a while to enjoy a piece of yummy cake. So today I am going to share with you a healthy soft & moist whole wheat apple cake .
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 30~35 min
Total time: 45 ~50 min
Apple - 2 large
Whole wheat flour - 1.5 cup
Refined flour- 0.5 cup
Powder sugar - 3/4 ~1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Cinnamon powder -1/4 tsp
Vanila essence - 1/4 tsp
Melted butter/oil - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Leamon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Almond to garnish (optional)
Peel the apple & cut in to small pieces .Make a puree of it . I kept a small portion of an apple to add on top. You can do that or make puree of all & prepare batter.
Apply butter paper in the cake mould & brush some oil or directly apply oil on mould & dust some flour . Keep aside .
Now preheat the oven on convection mode for 10 minute on 180 degree celsius . At that time mix all wet ingredients together .
Now sieve all dry ingredient together with the help of a strainer so there will be no lumps & will be lighter in texture .
Now mix dry ingredient with wet ingredients & mix everything well.
Shift the batter to the cake mould and tap it for 3 time.
Add choped apple pieces & almond . Tap once .
Now keep it in oven on lower rack & bake it on convection mode for 30~35 minute at 180 degree celsius .
Now yummy & healthy apple cake is ready. Let it cool down for some time & than remove it from the mould & serve .
